very bad customer service at the front desk and the dining area, some are even very rude, very little english spoken bathroom water system is very bad (it flooded when we first took a shower), and had to change room 2 times due to the flooding bathroom and the noise coming from the street

POOR SERVICE IN THE CAFE,AND BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS TERRIBLE.
