Leave M1 at junction 14 and take the right turn at the first roundabout onto the A509 to central Milton Keynes along the H5 portway. Go straight across 8 roundabouts and at the 9th one turn left onto the V6 Grafton Gate. The Travelodge is on the left next to Staples Office Superstore.
