Pros: friendly front of house staff Good location (neighborhood has hip bars and restaurants) Attractive rooms Double-glazed windows to keep out some street noise Great showers Attractive, peaceful roof garden Cons: Poor sound/light insulation from the hall outside the room (any conversation or noise happening outside the room may as well be happening outside it; staff do not seem very sensitive to this and have loud conversations in hall while cleaning rooms even outside a door with a ‘do not disturb, we’re sleeping’ sign on the door.
