The hotel staff were ever so friendly and we enjoyed the privilages in the lounge on the 12th floor, the staff there were great and really know how to look after people.

Situated conveniently close to the airport, ferry terminal (for a trip to the islands) and in the city, the hotel is well maintained, has great rooms, excellent breakfasts and very friendly staff.
