The hotel is ok, good location and the rest is value for money.

Hotel is overpriced for what it offers, but can charge the rates it does because of it's location at the top of Orchard Road.

Understand the hotel will be refurbishing the rest of the rooms and this would make this hotel a really good value hotel for future guests.

I have nothing to compare it to, but seemed very good value, $230 per night including breckfast is less that others without breckfast.
