They cancelled my reservation without telling me. I called from the airport to check on the reservation at 2 AM Sunday night to find out. I then made another reservation with them by phone at that time only to arrive at 2:30 to find out they were booked and couldn't accept my reservation. To the clerk's credit he called around 5 other hotels and found me one close by, but not great corporate work.
