About
NAM Air is an Indonesian airline based, which is currently acting as a feeder for Sriwijaya Air. The airline was introduced as the subsidiary in 2013, with its first flight from Jakarta to Pangkal Pinang. The airline was named after Chandra Lie's father, Lo Kui Nam. NAM Air is the only airline which allows female flight attendants to wear hijab in all regular flights. Travel Class
NAM Air provides 2 travel classes:
Business Class: NAM Air's business class allows passengers to relax and unwind with maximum comfort and can check-in with dedicated priority desks. Prior to boarding passengers can relax in the executive lounges which provide delicious buffet services and access to the internet.
Economy Class: Passengers can relax in the wide seats which are adjustable. Economy passengers are allowed a generous baggage allowance, meal and beverages. Baggage allowance
Business class passengers are allowed 30kgs for checked-in luggage and hand luggage of 10kgs.
Economy class passengers are allowed 20kgs for checked-in luggage and hand luggage of 10kgs.

NAM Air provides complimentary refreshments consisting of a light snack and long-haul flights are served hot meals with suitable beverages. Business class passengers on long-haul flights are served complimentary beverages, a hot meal with fruits. NAM Air doesn't provide Inflight entertainment, Wi-Fi access and USB ports. Onboard support
NAM Air provides assistance for guests with special needs, Infants, expectant mothers, unaccompanied minors and any pre-departure arrangements. The Airport Customer Services units assist in check-in and departure procedures, receiving an unaccompanied minor, demonstration of seatbelt safety to children. Refund and Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Finnair sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
