We have a little issue but the manager took care of it quickly. Shangri La Colombo is very well located, very central with easy access to the city, and there's a fabulous shopping mall next door. The food is delicious and a good variety. They host weddings and events, so the lobby is almost always a bit crowded. But thank you very much for your friendly and personalized service.
