Didn't stay. Canceled when arrived. Booking.com booked a room that didn't exist. Got a call the day before the arrival of the mistake. Returned call and women talked to kept telling to call back when manager was in. English was not her first language. After multiple calls, someone (male) who also had difficulty with English claimed reservation was correct. Arrived at property, and first impression was no way that would stay there. Lobby cluttered and dirty. Building/property looked like not cared for. The lady at the desk claimed she was the manager and that the booking was for a non-existent room. Offered to cancel reservation at no charge. Canceled reservation.
